A Car-Tune Portrait was an early cartoon by pioneering animator Max Fleischer. It features a lion as a musical conductor who tries to control his cartoon animal musicians as they perform their version of Franz Liszt’s “Hungarian Rhapsody No. 2 in C-sharp Minor”. It was released on June 26, 1937.
