Animation in the 1930s

This short released by Paramount was part of the Popular Science series of films and takes a behind the scenes at Fleischer Studios and the making of a Popeye cartoon. It was released in 1939 and was filmed in 35mm Silver Nitrate Cinecolor & Magnacolor.
