“I Can See for Miles” was written by Pete Townshend of The Who and recorded for the band’s 1967 album, The Who Sell Out. It was the only song from the album to be released as a single, on October 14, 1967. This clip is from the BBC show Pop Goes The Sixties! which aired on December 31, 1969.
