Movie trailer for the 1937 film Slim starring Pat O’Brien, Henry Fonda and Margaret Lindsay. It tells the story of Slim (Fonda) who gets a job with a crew of linemen erecting transmission towers. Slim and a veteran lineman named Red Blayd (O’Brien) quickly become close friends. After being fired for protecting their boss, the two head to Chicago where Slim meets Red’s girlfriend Cally (Lindsey) and Slim and Cally realize that they like each other. This situation leads to many problems.
