Movie trailer for the 1968 horror film Rosemary’s Baby, written and directed by Roman Polanski. The movie stars Mia Farrow, John Cassavetes, Ruth Gordon, Ralph Bellamy, Maurice Evans, Sidney Blackmer and Charles Grodin. It tells the story of Guy and Rosemary Woodhouse, a young couple who move into a new apartment, only to be surrounded by very strange neighbors. They soon plan to conceive a child and on the night planned, one of the neighbors brings the couple some chocolate mousse. Rosemary notices that her mousse has a chalky taste and soon afterwards has a bizarre dream in which she is raped by a demonic presence. She becomes convinced that the neighbors, as well as her husband, have special plans for her child. This film was released on June 12, 1968 and was an enormous commercial success.
