In this clip from the TV show In Living Color, Kim Wayans performs “My Songs are Mindless”, a spoof of the song “Gypsy Woman (She’s Homeless)” by singer Crystal Waters. The classic refrain “La da dee la da da” is remade to “Yabba dabba doo, yabba dabba doo”. Later, the clip from the comedy show would sometimes show up mixed into Waters’ own version at gay clubs with video screens.
