The 1956 film Giant tackled the issue of bigotry, specifically in regards to Mexican-Americans. In this clip, Bick Benedict (Rock Hudson) and his family stop by a diner. Benedict confronts the racist owner named Sarge (Mickey Simpson) as he attempts to eject an old Mexican man and his family from the diner. Giant starred Elizabeth Taylor, Rock Hudson and James Dean.
