The Falcon in San Francisco is a 1945 film that tells the story of amateur sleuth Tom Lawrence (Tom Conway), aka The Falcon, who comes to the aid of 10-year-old Annie Marshall, whose nurse has been murdered. He finds that the mystery of this crime centers around a gang of silk smugglers. In this clip, Tom Lawrence is accompanying Annie (Sharyn Moffett) home but is arrested for kidnapping.
